AI-DRIVEN METHODOLOGY

Bring AI into
your engineering practice.

A commercial methodology for human-directed IC design. Licensed, deployed and taught around your tools, your technology and your team.

One methodology.
Two ways to run it.

Choose your own hardware or Trame-managed infrastructure. The engineering method stays the same.

ON YOUR HARDWARE

Local deployment

Implement the methodology on your own servers and workstations, around your existing engineering environment.

  • Your hardware and infrastructure
  • Deployment tailored to your security requirements
  • Works with Trame EDA, Cadence, Synopsys and Siemens EDA tools
  • Training and support options for your team

ON TRAME INFRASTRUCTURE

Trame-managed deployment

A lower-cost way to adopt AI-driven design, without buying and maintaining dedicated AI hardware.

  • Works with Trame EDA, Cadence, Synopsys and Siemens EDA tools
  • Infrastructure provided and maintained by Trame
  • Guaranteed hardware resources for your agreed capacity
  • Support included
  • Resources and service scope tailored to your needs

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A method your team
can put to work.

Combine reusable engineering procedures with the integration and training needed to use them effectively.

01

The methodology

A licensed framework of engineering workflows, agent roles, review gates and reusable procedures. The scope and usage rights are agreed for your team.

02

A working deployment

Configuration, tool adapters and a focused pilot in your environment, with explicit acceptance criteria and an inspectable result.

03

Knowledge transfer

Training and practical documentation so your engineers can run and develop the workflow. Support is included with Trame-managed deployment and scoped separately for local installations.

WORK WITH THE TOOLS YOU USE

Your tools.
Your design workflow.

Trame EDA. Cadence. Synopsys. Siemens EDA.

Start with your current environment. We define the exact products, versions, interfaces and workflow steps covered by the engagement.

YOUR EXISTING ENVIRONMENT

Build on your Cadence workflow.

Apply the methodology around your design, simulation and verification practices. The pilot defines the tools, interfaces and checks that agents can use in your environment.

FROM INTENT TO EVIDENCE

One engineering loop.
Human direction throughout.

  1. 01

    Define

    Specifications, constraints
    and acceptance criteria.

  2. 02

    Design

    Architecture, circuits,
    RTL and testbenches.

  3. 03

    Implement

    Sizing, synthesis,
    layout and routing.

  4. 04

    Verify

    Simulation, extraction
    and evidence review.

  5. 05

    Approve

    Engineer review
    and design handover.

Verification results feed the next design iteration. Engineers review the evidence and approve release.

HOW AN ENGAGEMENT BEGINS

Start with one
useful pilot.

Choose a real circuit, a technology migration or a repeatable engineering task. Agree the baseline and success criteria, deploy the workflow, then review the result together.

Do we need to use Trame EDA?

The methodology works with Trame EDA, Cadence, Synopsys and Siemens EDA tools in either local or Trame-managed deployment. Supported products, versions and workflow steps are agreed for the project.

Can the AI run locally?

Yes. Local models and agents can be deployed within your infrastructure, alongside your design tools. Hardware, model choice and tool access are part of the deployment assessment.

What do engineers remain responsible for?

Requirements, architectural decisions, acceptance criteria, evidence review and release approval. Agent work is checked through the engineering workflow.

How is the methodology sold?

Choose local deployment on your own hardware, with training and support options, or Trame-managed infrastructure with guaranteed resources for the agreed capacity and included support. Contact us for pricing and the appropriate scope.
